The Arch Refresh comes with 3 built-in massage programs. Each program combines rollers, vibration, compression and heat in pre-set configurations to accommodate different user needs — from gentle massage to more intense relief. Switch via the program button.

Control is very straightforward: a set of buttons on the device allows users to turn it on/off, select one of the 3 programs, adjust speed & strength, toggle vibration and heat, plus optionally insert insoles to reduce roller pressure. No separate remote; buttons are on the unit.
  • Power On / Off — Button to start or stop the massager.
  • Program Select — Cycle through the 3 auto programs (Gentle, Deep Knead, Revive).
  • Speed Control — Adjust roller speed (3 levels) for slower or faster massage.
  • Strength / Compression Control — Adjust the firmness or pressure of the compression massage (3 strength settings).
