Brio Sport includes 11 pre-programmed sessions designed around athletic recovery and daily needs — warm-ups, cooldowns, deep sports massage, targeted focus sessions (neck/shoulder, low back), and full-body air programs. Each session is ~15–18 minutes and can be linked back-to-back for longer routines.
